Construction site security in Brooklyn.
Brooklyn construction sites lose tools, copper, and equipment after the crew leaves, and they pick up fire-watch duty when someone is burning or when a sprinkler is shut for the work. Tristate Security Patrol staffs the gate and, when the code requires it, the fire guard.
Call 347-991-0121 with the block, the phase of the build, and whether hot work is scheduled. The company address is 5314 16th Avenue, Suite 238, Brooklyn, NY 11204.
For most standard posts, uniformed officers are scheduled within 24–48 hours. Emergency coverage is coordinated through 24/7 dispatch.
After hours, open floors, and the sidewalk.
A Brooklyn site often has a sidewalk shed, a hoist, and neighbors ten feet away. The night post is the fence line, the containers, and who is allowed through the gate. The day post during torch work is a fire guard with a different log. Putting one person on both jobs at once is how logs get skipped. Say if you need both.
The construction service already lists equipment protection, access logs, perimeter patrols, and incident documentation. On a Brooklyn block those logs matter because the sidewalk is public and the site is visible from the houses across the street.

Gate and access log
Who came in after the superintendent left, written down.
Equipment and containers
Checks of trailers and open floors, not a promise that nothing can be carried off a fully open site.
Fire guard during hot work
F-60 coverage when torches are in use, including the watch after the work stops.
Impairment
If the building sprinkler is shut for the construction, the F-01 impairment rules can apply at the same time.
Brooklyn job sites, named as a type, not as a project list.
Brooklyn construction ranges from a row-house gut renovation to a larger building with a corner hoist. The row house needs a person who can see the sidewalk and the open rear yard. The larger site needs rounds that include the floors where material is stacked. Neither page claims a specific developer or a specific open permit.
Searches sometimes pair this work with more than one borough. The assignment this page sells is a Brooklyn site. If the project is in Queens, NY or the Bronx, say that on the quote and use the construction service page. Do not assume one guard covers two boroughs in one shift.
Fire code still applies because the site is in New York City.
Torch operations at a construction site require an F-60 fire guard under FDNY’s certificate description. Chapter 26 requires the watch during the work and for at least 30 minutes after, and it can require a guard on lower floors within 35 feet when sparks can drop, unless an exception in that chapter fits the floor. One guard may watch more than one torch on the same level only inside the 50-foot line-of-sight limit.
If a required sprinkler or standpipe is impaired for the work, section 901.7.2.2 and the F-01 rules apply on top of the security post. The F-01 study material notes that hot work is not allowed on a construction site when the sprinkler or standpipe is impaired. Confirm that with the person running the impairment before you schedule both a torch and a shut valve.
Security officers still need Department of State registration. The fire-guard certificate is additional.

Licensed officers, documented work.
Founded in 2021. Brooklyn address as published. No project name, contractor, or “theft reduced by” figure is claimed.
Incident photos and gate logs can be part of the report. GPS tools matter when the officer is also doing mobile checks between sites.
What is published, and what is quoted.
A Brooklyn construction post is quoted from the hours, the number of gates, and whether a fire guard is included. It is not the commercial patrol price of $399 a month, which is a minimum number of documented checks, not a stationary night guard.
Answers, in plain language.
Do you guard construction sites in Brooklyn?
Yes. Call 347-991-0121 with the site address, the hours after the crew leaves, and any hot-work schedule.
Can one guard do security and fire watch?
Only if the fire code allows that person to leave the fire watch. On many jobs the fire guard is a separate post. Nassau’s sheet, for comparison, says fire watch officers have no other duties. In New York City, do not double-assign someone off an active torch.
What gets checked?
Gates, containers, open floors, and the sidewalk shed, as the post orders list them. An open excavation cannot be made theft-proof by one officer.
How much does construction site security cost?
Quoted. Overnight stationary coverage costs more than a mobile commercial patrol plan.
How soon can a site be covered?
Most standard posts are scheduled within 24–48 hours. A torch operation tomorrow morning should be booked before the crew strikes the first arc.
