The Bronx

Security company in the Bronx, NY.

Tristate Security Patrol lists the Bronx on its New York coverage. This page is for properties in that borough: apartment buildings, commercial corridors, and healthcare facilities that match the industries the site already names.

The company address remains 5314 16th Avenue, Suite 238, Brooklyn, NY 11204. There is not a separate Bronx office on this site. Call 347-991-0121, tell dispatch you are in the Bronx, and give the nearest intersection.

For most standard posts, uniformed officers are scheduled within 24–48 hours. Emergency coverage is coordinated through 24/7 dispatch.

What we provide

Bronx posts are often vertical buildings.

A Bronx assignment is frequently a multi-story residential building, a commercial strip along a major avenue, or a medical campus, rather than a small house on a side street. The check has to say whether the officer is in the lobby, the garage, the loading dock, or only on the sidewalk.

Mobile patrol still exists here. It is the right tool for a small commercial frontage or a house that wants documented passes. It is the wrong tool if you need someone at a desk for an entire shift. Say which one you mean when you request a quote.

Apartment buildings

Lobby, garage, and package-room coverage when a stationed officer is what the building wants.

Commercial corridors

Retail and storefront posts, including the loss-prevention work described on the retail service.

Healthcare sites

De-escalation-oriented coverage for medical facilities, as the healthcare service already states.

Fire watch

FDNY rules for impaired systems and hot work, same as the other New York City boroughs on this site.

Armed posts

Available when the site assessment calls for it and the officer holds New York armed credentials.

After-hours patrol

Commercial plans with a minimum number of documented checks per day, not a 24-hour stationary post.

On the ground

The Bronx is one borough with many building ages.

The Bronx runs from denser southern neighborhoods up through central commercial streets to more residential northern sections, including houses on larger lots near the county line. Hospitals and clinics are a larger share of the security conversation here than on a typical Brooklyn side street. This page does not rank neighborhoods or claim a standing post in any of them.

If your building has a union staff, a managing agent, and a fire-safety director, the officer’s post orders should say who they call before they call the client’s home number. That is operational detail for the quote, not a case study.

Community Patrol’s 10-home activation rule still applies to a new residential area. A single Bronx building that wants its own officer should ask for a post quote instead of a neighborhood membership.

Local rules

Same New York licenses, Bronx address on the post orders.

Bronx security officers need New York Department of State registration and DCJS-approved training, including the armed path if the post is armed. The borough does not have a separate guard card.

Fire watch in the Bronx is FDNY jurisdiction. Impaired fire protection uses the F-01 path in Fire Code section 901.7.2.2. Torch work uses the F-60 path and the Chapter 26 requirement to keep a watch during the work and at least 30 minutes afterward.

Credentials

Licensed officers, documented work.

Founded in 2021. The published street address is in Brooklyn. Bronx sites are scheduled from that operation, with post orders written for the Bronx address you give us.

GPS checks and incident photos, when they are part of the service you bought, show up in the client portal.

Pricing

What is published, and what is quoted.

Bronx commercial fronts that only need documented daily passes can start from the $399 commercial patrol plan. Residential memberships start at $159 a month. A lobby officer for a Bronx apartment building is a quoted post, because the published plans are mobile checks.

Published Community Patrol and Commercial Patrol prices. Armed posts, fire watch, events, and executive protection are quoted separately.

Questions

Answers, in plain language.

Do you offer security guard services in the Bronx?

Is there a Bronx office?

No. The address on the site is 5314 16th Avenue, Suite 238, Brooklyn, NY 11204.

Can you staff a Bronx apartment lobby?

Yes, as a stationed assignment with written post orders. That is different from a Community Patrol membership.

What about hospitals?

Healthcare facilities are an industry the company lists. The healthcare service page describes de-escalation-oriented officers. The scope still has to match the facility’s own rules.

How quickly can coverage start?

Most standard posts are scheduled within 24–48 hours. Same-day emergency requests go through 24/7 dispatch. Travel time inside the Bronx is not guaranteed.
