Residential Alarm Response.
An optional add-on for active Residential Community Patrol members. When your alarm company requests security response, an available Tristate officer checks your property.

How is billing handled?
Patrol memberships are billed monthly. Vacation Watch is billed per day in addition to your monthly membership, and Alarm Response responses are billed per response as they occur.
What does “randomized” mean?
Patrol times are intentionally varied to provide a less predictable security presence. The number of checks in your plan is a minimum — our vehicles may patrol your street or property additional times based on routing, activity, and operational coverage. Every documented check is digitally confirmed.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with written notice.
Who can add Vacation Watch or Alarm Response?
Both are member-only. You need an active Residential Community Patrol membership (or, for Commercial Alarm Response, an active Commercial Patrol plan).
Do you guarantee a response time?
No. Alarm Response depends on officer availability, location, traffic, and other conditions, and it is not a replacement for police, fire, EMS, or 911. In an emergency, call 911.
